I had to post these two pics together to show Carson's signature look. He'll look at the camera for us but then he'll give us this indifferent look. Like okay, lets get this over with. We have a ton of pictures like this.

I love his little car but right now when I put him in it all he does is sit there and chew on his hands. I'm sure once he discovers the mirror he'll be enthralled with it. At least it's a good way to practice sitting up.
"Skiing" with Daddy. Carson will stand in Josh's lap and Josh will sway Carson back and forth and make swooshing sounds like they're skiing. Carson loves it! It's super cute to watch.

Baby in a blanket!
He is sooo much fun! We are blessed with a very happy baby.
Fast asleep on Daddy. This is Carson's favorite place to be in the evenings.

Carson has been getting soooo strong. He's really starting to use his legs and loves to stand on them and he's starting to bounce a little. I'm sure he'll be in the johnny jumper pretty soon.
Grandma Sue got Carson a new sweatshirt and it looks like a mini version of what Josh wears. It's so much fun dressing Carson up just like his Daddy.

We discovered that Carson loves blankies. He started pulling his blankets up and snuggling with them so we gave him a little silky bear blanket. He loves it. I will put it in his car seat with him and he'll just play with the bear and talk to it. It's too cute! We also realized that he sleeps better when we put the bear in his bassinet with him. We still have to come up with a name for the little bear. We figured we'd better since it'll probably be apart of Carson's life for a long time.

He's become obsessed with his hands. He'll just look at them and play with them for long periods of time and then when he's done with that he'll chew on 'em. He's also started to gag himself with his long fingers. It's sad and cute all at the same time because he'll scowl and keep gagging himself because he doesn't realize that it's his own fingers causing the problem. So we usually have to take his hand out of his mouth for him.
He loves his Great Granpda, who is also known as G-G Pa.
For Superbowl Sunday we put him in his football onesie and spent the first half at Grandpa and Grandmas and then we went over to our friend's house for the second half. It was a busy day for the little guy and he got kind of fed up by the end of the night, but it was a lot of fun and he seemed to love all the socialization.
We love the cover that goes around his car seat because it keeps him so warm and toasty, but he's recently gotten tired of it. He can't move around as much as he'd like with this on so he's been attempting to get his arms out of the head hole. As soon as it warms up a little we'll take it off and I'm sure he'll be a much happier camper.

We love this outfit that his Aunty Sara got him. He looks just like his Daddy in it and then we realized he matches Uncle Mike too!
We wore him out. We were getting ready to leave the house so I put him in his bouncy chair while we packed things up and when I turned around to get him and put him in his car seat he was OUT. We felt bad moving him and squishing him in his car seat.
If you read his onesie it says "Party at my crib 2a.m." I love this because it is soooo true. He wakes up at around 2am every night.
